Prospecting and Customer Contact ·	Manages sales prospect activities and cold calling programs with prospective, current and lost customers by telephone and other means. Completing a pre-determined number of outgoing calls per day. ·	Identifies targets for canvassing, using a telemarketing approach for business development opportunities. ·	Creates pitches that attract the interest of a customer or prospective customer, adapting arguments according to the profile, motivations and expectations of a prospect. ·	Persuades a customer or prospective customer to use the services of the company. ·	Qualifies and validates prospective customers’ business information, using online systems and performs credit checks to qualify prospects. ·	Locates a prospective customer's decision-making network. Sales Development ·	Researches a market and its development potential. ·	Identifies opportunities for development with a customer  ·	Anticipates the expectations and concerns of an actual or prospective customer. ·	Proactively supports the Sales activity by establishing interest from prospective customers and referring qualified leads to Sales colleagues. ·	Works in a support capacity with Sales colleagues prospecting new customers within those colleagues’ sales territory and/or portfolio. Analysis, Monitoring and Reporting ·	Gathers and analyses prospective customer business information and customer requirements. ·	Identifies and assesses customer risk by monitoring the reliability and consistency of customer data, conducting market research (activity, organisation, creditworthiness...) and evaluating the financial situation and economic performance of a customer/prospective customer. ·	Records operations and updates data. ·	Assesses the results of commercial programmes and modifies commercial programmes by putting corrective measures in place. ·	All actions and opportunities are entered in CRM sales system for monitoring and follow up purposes. Sales Advise and Negotiation ·	Advises and guides prospective customers, assessing the technical, commercial and financial feasibility of the needs and requirements of a customer and choosing the solution which most closely matches customer needs. ·	Develops customer portfolios and increase customer loyalty.         Follow and comply with all GEID/quality processes ·	Ad-hoc duties as and when required from time to time by your line manager
