Key Accounts Clerk Close knit and dedicated team Chance to learn and grow with the company Lots of opportunities for the right candidates Up to £25,000 Job Spec Proactively support the team with the day to day running of the department, including but not limited to Coordinate Air, Road and Courier shipments to/from the UK and Cross Trade moments from start to finish Support the Key Account Supervisor in fulfilling all customer requirements in respect of the position and in compliance with SOP & AEO Procedures Monitor and action the department emails throughout the day and proactively react to new and live requests as they happen Ensure good communication and working relationships are maintained with clients/overseas agents/suppliers. Accurately complete job files & book jobs onto the internal system Maintain accurate, real-time updates on the company Track and Trace functions. Accurately capture cost accruals and charge out shipments including the sending out of invoices and back up documentation to the relevant party Prepare and present Quotations. Accurate data entry into Excel & internal systems Invoice checking & querying with suppliers, agents, or partner offices Plan and organise own workload and work well independently and within a team Be Professional, self-motivated and conscientious with good initiative and good attention to detail Have a strong desire to work hard and exceed customer expectations at all times
